Neighborhood Numbers sells market reports built from publicly published housing data (primarily Redfin's market data, credited on every report). Reports are informational — they aren't an appraisal, a CMA, or advice to buy or sell anything, and market conditions can change faster than any monthly report.

Subscriptions are month to month and cancelable anytime through Stripe (the link is on your receipt). If a report we owe you doesn't arrive, email reports@neighborhoodnumbers.com and we'll fix it or refund the month.

We store what you give us at setup (name, brokerage, phone, areas, email) and use it only to make and deliver your reports. We don't sell your information.
