Where do the numbers come from? Redfin publishes market data for nearly every ZIP code in the country. We turn it into a report a client actually reads, and we put your name on it. Every report says exactly which months it covers.
What if my area is small? If a ZIP is too small to report honestly, your report covers the county instead and says so plainly. We never pad numbers.
